Log in to your paypal account. Link a card.choose amex lahat ng details ilagay plus the address na kasama ng amex, yan ang gagamitin address sa paypal billing. Region anywhere in the Phils.

Pls. Siguraduhin may load atleast 55 pesos sa gcash wallet  Para ma confirm ng paypal.
Gamitin pang attatch lng ang unverified paypal for billing payment at ang ibigay na email paypal  receiver ay yung verified Gcash or kahit anong verified Paypal na meron kayo.
